Spoken or written words may seem insignificant. Words, however, have tremendous power. Words express ideas. Ideas influence decisions. Decisions shape individuals. Individuals structure nations. Words expressing ideas constitute the greatest power human beings can generate.

The battle for truth over falsehood is waged with words. Truth matters when the pharmacist fills our prescription. Truth matters in regard to which way you drive on the interstate. Truth matters when one wants to know if God exists and has communicated with human beings. Truth matters when we want to know about meaning and purpose in life.

Jesus said, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32, English Standard Version).

The purpose of this website is to introduce myself and my writings. My purpose in life is to teach and practice the Word of God. I desire to help people know, believe, understand and obey the Word of God. Knowing God and learning from Him gives us access to the ultimate wisdom. In Jesus Christ we find the abundant and satisfying life.

After retiring from Bible college teaching, writing is my main ministry. I have had over eighty-five articles in national periodicals and seven books published. I served as an associate editor and later on the board of directors with a Christian publishing company.
